And why they don't work like they used to

Description:
There is widespread common acceptance that all business are here to make a profit as the primary objective, that it takes proper incentives to motivate our employees and that our corporation are like machines that we diligently work to optimize. These three foundational beliefs have been the underpinning of all successful companies for the last century.

And yet these very same beliefs are at the root of all of the latest business scandals and are the reason many companies are not able to meet the challenges of today's rapidly changing marketplace. Yet it doesn't have to be this way. By adding a new set of beliefs in conjunction with our traditional beliefs we can revitalize our companies to new heights of success.

Who Should Attend:
CEOs, CFOs, COOs, other Executive Team Members, Board Members

Specific Outcomes:
Attendees will learn what it takes to make their companies the next winner in the marketplace. Norman will engage the audience into the experience of the power of this new approach and immediately see the value ad how to apply it.

Presenter:
Norman Wolfe has spent almost 40 years working in a variety of organizations from Fortune 500 to technology startups. He is viewed as an expert in the areas of strategy execution, change adoption, process improvement, building teams, and providing intuitive insights that bring out the deeper dynamics of an organization.

He started Quantum Leaders in 2002 to help boards, CEOs, and their organizations execute strategy. Their emphasis is purely on execution. It is from this intention that Norman recognized the limitations of the old business maps and the need for a new model for CEOs and others to effectively lead their organizations.

Mr. Wolfe sits on the board and is chairman of the governance committee of a NASDAQ traded company, is a member of the board of a technology startup, is a founding member and secretary of the Technology Leadership PAC, and is the Chairman of the Board for Web Wise Kids, a non-profit agency educating youth on the safe and appropriate use of the Internet.
