With the inputs from TLOStrategy™, we define the key initiatives and actions that will drive demand and improve capacity in a coordinated fashion.

We define the key actions to be taken over three planning time horizons:

• Horizon 1 - Those activities required to drive current revenue and profits and meet current customer and market needs
• Horizon 2 - Those activities required to prepare the organization to meet the needs of the customer as it furthers its strategic objectives
• Horizon 3 - Those activities that prepare the company for the realization of its desired future vision

Each year’s Operating Plan is comprised of initiatives from each Horizon to ensure both short term and long term success.
