FAIRFAX, Va., May 18, 2004 –

their growth objectives, has expanded into the Washington-Baltimore
technology corridor.

Shimon Shmueli will run the new office
as Managing Consultant. He brings to Quantum Leaders more
than 15 years of experience in the management and consulting
field, working with entrepreneurs as well as large corporate
clients. “We are fortunate to have someone with Shimon’s
talents leading our expansion into this growing marketplace,”
Wolfe said.
Before joining Quantum Leaders, Shmueli
was CTO and director of product management at KeyNetica, a
software company that developed mobile computing platforms.
Shmueli also spent 12 years with IBM, where he held leadership
positions in strategy, marketing, product management and research
& development.
