Execution is by far the most important concern of
every CEO. The best product idea, the most creative
marketing campaign or the greatest sales strategy
will never bring in the results if plans are not well
executed.
In the last issue , we
touched on the key factors to successfully achieve
the organization’s desired results. We highlighted the
importance of a plan to get the right products to the
right customers at the right time; communicating
throughout the organization how this will be
accomplished; and the importance of metrics with
regular monitoring. All of which is very important but
in itself it is not sufficient to ensure flawless
execution.
To achieve flawless execution, ask the
question, “What does the executing”?
