Strategic Planning that WINS - Part 2, Gaining REAL commitment
Last month we discussed the challenges of establishing a strategic plan that will be executed, remembering that a mediocre plan flawlessly executed is 100 times better than an outstanding plan poorly executed. No specific planning model or school of thought about strategic planning matters in the end. A plan that the team can flawlessly execute is what really produces results

When we shift the focus to execution, we simultaneously shift the focus to the people, to the individuals who are doing the executing. A plan will be flawlessly executed only when it is enthusiastically endorsed with energy, passion and commitment by everyone involved. The question then is, how do you get the people fully and passionately committed to the plan?
